We offer a three stage approach to collections, those program are as follows:
Stage 1: Transworld Accelerator - Designed to used at 30 days
Accelerator from Transworld Systems is a 1st Party program that will allow clients to accelerate cash flow by ensuring recently past due customers are contacted in a diplomatic, systematic manner to quickly encourage payment and rapidly identify those that have a more serious issue preventing payment. The Accelerator program includes 3 reminder letters and 2 automated reminder calls made in your name. We will make these contacts every 5, 7 or 10 days. This is NOT collections and the debtor doesn't even know we are involved. All monies recovered in this stage are paid directly to the client and they keep 100% of the money.
Stage 2: Transworld Profit Recovery - Designed to used at 60-90 days
Transworld Profit Recovery is the first and most effective step in the 3rd party collection process. We utilize a series of 5 legal demands (or 3 demands and 2 automated collection calls) that are sent to the debtor from Transworld Systems every 10-14 days. This is collections! The benefits to this program are that you have the impact of third party intervention at a controlled cost, without giving up a percentage. All monies recovered during this stage are paid directly to our client and they keep 100% of the money.
Stage 3: Transworld Collections - Designed to be used on accounts beyond 120 days
Transworld Collections is a more traditional collection process designed to address those unresponsive accounts that truly have no intention of paying you. We provide skip tracing and legal demands / action as warranted during this process. This is a contingency based model designed to handle the worst cases. You decide who goes into this stage and who doesn't after the completion of Profit Recovery. We keep a percentage of any money collected in this stage and will provide a detailed statement every month. Fees are 40-50% based on aging and other factors. THESE ARE SECOND PLACEMENTS AND SKIPS, we don't take a percentage during Profit Recovery.
